Early Childhood Learning Center
Our Early Childhood Learning Center provides a full range of educational programs for preschool aged children of all faiths, in a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment within a Reform Jewish setting. We offer full and half day programs, two, three, and five days a week, and a low student to teacher ratio for children ages 12 months to five years old. The center offers free VPK classes during the school year – in both the morning and afternoon. The program emphasizes the values of family, caring, community, joy and tradition as well as typical intellectual and social objectives that are age appropriate. Children are given many opportunities for exploration and involvement in activities like cooking, arts, yoga, gardening, storytelling, music, and foreign language. Reading readiness literacy activities are part of the daily schedule. We implement the best of various early childhood education philosophies, including Reggio Emilia and the philosophies of master educator and pediatrician, Janusz Korczak.
Our school is open from 7 am to 6 pm, providing both before and aftercare.
